This past weekend at the South Spencer archery tournament Ankita Kashyab won a 7th place medal with a score of 281 and Jaden Houzanme won 5th with 278. The JH team placed 4th out of 12 teams in the middle school division.
Students wanting to purchase their compatibility match results should see Mr. Weyer. Today is the last day to purchase them.
Winter dance tickets will be sold during lunch beginning today. Tickets are $10.00 each and will also be sold at the door.
The February Perry County Board of Commissioners meeting will take place in the auditorium at 9:00 this morning.
Orientation for incoming freshmen and their parents is tomorrow evening at 5:30 in the auditorium. The meeting should last no more than an hour.
The JH wrestlers will compete at Boonville this evening, and the varsity and JV boys basketball teams will host Boonville starting at 5:30. Senior recognition will take place between games.
There will be an Art Club work session from from 3:30 until 6:00 tomorrow in the art room.
A new 4-H club is starting and anyone in grades 6 - 12 is invited to join. There will be an introductory meeting today from 3:30 - 4:30 at William Tell Elementary. Regular club meetings during the school year will be held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month starting in March. The club offers great leadership and scholarship opportunities.
Today in the Red Apple Inn, the Type A meal is salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, corn, rolls, fruit, and milk. The Type B option is chicken fries, and the a la Carte special is a cookie. Breakfast tomorrow morning is cereal, Pop Tart, fruit, juice, and milk.
