Happy Martin Luther King Jr day

Some of you might be wondering,
"What does Renaissance exactly do?"

A lot, that's what! Here is a list of just a few goals the Renaissance class hopes to accomplish at Tell City Jr-Sr High School:

  • We will improve student and staffulty morale through increased pride and participation in our school.

  • We will Recognize and reward accomplishments deemed worthy of the Marksmen.

  • We will revitalize Renaissance projects and programs by advertising and educating our community

  • We will acquire the necessary resources to support our Renaissance programs

On Friday, January 28th 2017, the Tell City Junior Senior High School Renaissance class will be hosting a spaghetti dinner and a silent auction in the Red Apple Inn. This will be held on the same night as the Hall of Fame Introduction and the boy’s varsity game against Springs Valley. Tickets to the dinner will be sold for $8.00 and can be purchased through a member of the Renaissance class or from Amy Kehl, class sponsor. The ticket will include a serving of baked spaghetti, a side salad, 20 ounce drink, and dessert. The number of tickets available is limited to 140.  Meals will be served from 4 pm to 7 pm. The silent auction will take place starting at 4 pm and continue during the game, and items will be handed out after the third quarter of the varsity game. The Renaissance class would like to thank all the businesses that donated items to the auction. Remember, it’s always a great day to be a Marksman!

Be in class on time and have your chromebooks during first period every Wednesday to be eligible to win muffins and smoothies for your class!!
